104 hands $288

My daily rythm is getting messed up, I've been sleeping 6 hours waking 12, then sleeping again 6 for some time now. That really messes up my poker playing, not to mention my mental and physical well being. I have to realize that I am not 18 anymore, closing in on 30 does take its toll.

I don't know if my irregular daily pattern will make me miss one day of blog writing or perhaps make me write two entries on the same day, but I hope you have something new to read each day that you visit. I know I like the webpages I visit on a daily basis to be updated.

A5s in the CO: Funny thing about this hand is that I was thinking if it was still as profitable limping in family pots with Axs hoping to hit my flush. I remember in $50 and $100 buy-in games that this was a lucrative call, but lately I think the flush is just too obvious when you make it, that it isn't that profitable anymore.
I was sure it wasn't a loosing hand by any means so I limped and again on the flop was faced with a dilemma. Do I go the old trusted call road or is it more profitable in the long run semi-bluff raising; disguising my hand along with having a chance to win the pot right here.
I don't know if I would have won more with the raise, I probably would have. But the experience proved that you still make money with abc plays in $400 NL.
